     As of December 21, 2005, there were approximately 10,600 shareholders of which 165 were record holders of the common stock.
     We have never declared or paid cash dividends on our common stock and do not anticipate the payment of cash dividends on our common stock in the foreseeable future. We are also restricted from paying dividends under our debt agreements, without the prior approval of our lenders. We currently intend to retain all earnings to finance the further development of our business. The payment of any future cash dividends will be at the discretion of our Board of Directors and will depend upon, among other things, future earnings, operations, capital requirements, the general financial condition of the Company and general business conditions and the approval of our lenders. Historical Presentation
     In June 2001, we changed in our fiscal year end from March 31 to December 31.
     The selected consolidated historical statement of operations data for the years ended December 31, 2005, 2004, and 2003, and the selected consolidated balance sheet data as of December 31, 2005 and 2004 have been derived from our audited consolidated financial statements, and should be read in conjunction with those statements and notes, which are included in this Form 10-K. The selected consolidated statement of operations data for the year ended December 31, 2002 and the nine months ended December 31, 2001 and the selected consolidated balance sheet data as of December 31, 2003 and 2002 and 2001 have been derived from our audited consolidated financial statements, and should be read in conjunction with those statements, which are not included in this Form 10-K.
     The selected consolidated financial data should be read in conjunction with “Management’s Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations,” “Risks Related to Our Business – Our historical financial information may not be representative of our future results,” and the consolidated financial statements and notes thereto that are included elsewhere in this Form 10-K.
