Executive Chairman of the Board
Bill Gregson was appointed to the position of Executive Chairman of the Board on January 1, 2012. Bill lead The Brick as its President and Chief Executive Officer for two and a half years prior. A chartered accountant by training, he has a long and distinguished track record of over 25 years in retail operations. Most recently he consulted for Reebok United States. Prior to that, Mr. Gregson was the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Forzani Group, where he worked for over 10 years.

Previously, he held various government portfolios as Member of Ontario's Provincial Parliament, including Chairman of the Management Board of Cabinet (June, 1999 - February, 2001); Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing (February, 2001 – January, 2003); Commissioner, Board of Internal Economy (July, 1999 – March 5, 2001) and Member of the Ontario's Provincial Parliament (October, 2003 – March, 1994). Mr. Hodgson also enjoyed an earlier career in real estate development. |

During the period October 1999 to February 2003, Mr. Ieraci held several senior financial positions with Mosaic Group Inc., a leading provider of marketing solutions. He is currently the Chairman of Russel Metals Inc. and Novadaq Technologies Inc. and is a Director of several other public companies, including Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited.

Bradley Martin
Bradley P. Martin was the Chief Operating Officer of Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited from November 2006 to March 9, 2012 and has been its Corporate Secretary since September 2002 and Vice President since June 1998. He became Vice President, Strategic Investments of Fairfax on March 9, 2012. Mr. Martin was a Partner at Torys LLP in Toronto, Ontario from 1995 until joining Fairfax in June, 1998. He has been the Chairman and Director of Ridley Inc. since November 2008. He has been a Director of Imvescor Restaurant Group Inc. since December 14, 2011 and became Chairman on March 9,2012. He has been a director of Northbridge Financial Corp. since April 2007. Mr. Martin served as a Director of Hub International Limited from May 2002 to June 2007. He served as a Director of Odyssey Re Holdings Corp. from April 25, 2007 to October 2009. |

Vi Konkle
Vi Konkle was appointed President, Business Support on February 3, 2010 and became President and Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, 2012. Prior to joining the Corporation, Mrs. Konkle has held the positions of Chief Customer Officer and Chief Operating Officer with Wal-Mart Canada. She has also held various positions with Loblaw Companies Ltd, including Executive Vice President responsible for the Atlantic Canada operating Division. Mrs. Konkle holds a MA and BA (Honours) from Wilfrid Laurier University. |
