Douglas H. McGibbon VP Exploration and Director was invited to present the Ralph J. Roberts 13th Annual Distinguished Lecture in Economic Geology, at Ralph J. Roberts Center for Research in Economic Geology (CREG), Department of Geological Sciences & Engineering, University of Nevada, Reno.
Added 3 1/2 Million minable oz Au to original 658,000 oz reserves at Marigold. Two-Millionth oz mined at January 2006; 2.07 Million oz reserves announced at December 31, 2005.
Discovered Stonehouse gold deposit, 1988; this new discovery led directly to the discovery and development of the 5-million oz Lone Tree Mine, now owned and operated by Newmont Gold.
Added more than 50% to Barrick's original "Reward" deposit reserves at Rayrock Mines Inc.'s Daisy Gold Mine near Beatty, NV. Daisy Gold Mine is presently undergoing final closure.
Several substantial expansions of various Marigold ore bodies.
Discovered Marigold's Terry/Ridge Zone, "Resort" deposit (mined), Basalt, Target 1, Target 2, and Target 3 ore zones (now part of Millennium Project), and the Section 7 (TZN), Section 32, and 5 Northeast pediment Au anomalies which are still being explored.
Discovered Pinson's Pacific gold deposit (mined out).
Involved in initial discovery work and development of Pinson's Mag gold deposit (mined out) and development of CX Deposit, now being explored for underground potential.

David Jennings is a Vancouver lawyer who has practised exclusively in the areas of corporate, securities, corporate finance and institutional venture capital law for over two decades. He has represented numerous public companies listed on NASDAQ and TSE and has previously served as a director of two TSE-listed natural resource companies. Mr. Jennings served as Chairperson for the Securities Subsection of the Canadian Bar Association (BC) and as member of the Securities Law Advisory Committee of the British Columbia Securities Commission.

Geir Liland

Retired since 2002 as Vice President Corporate Finance (Vancouver), TSX Venture Exchange (formerly CDNX and Vancouver Stock Exchange). Currently a business consultant and Director of several public companies.
Geir Liland brings over 25 years of corporate finance, accounting and management experience to the Company. In 1982 Mr. Liland began a long career with the TSX Venture Exchange, formerly the CDNX and Vancouver Stock Exchange retiring in August 2002, as Vice President, Corporate Finance.
Currently Mr. Liland is a business consultant and a director of several public companies. His understanding of corporate governance and his experience with the junior market will be an asset to the Company.
